Damar Hamlin is a professional football player, entrepreneur, and public health advocate from McKees Rocks, Pennsylvania. Through Chasing M’s Foundation, he supports youth empowerment and community programs, with a focus on under-resourced communities. His work includes a global CPR Tour in partnership with the American Heart Association, expanding access to lifesaving training and AEDs. His long-term vision is to establish a Youth Empowerment Center in his hometown.

Jordon Rooney is an entrepreneur and athlete marketing strategist who has worked alongside Damar Hamlin for several years, helping build and manage his brand, partnerships, and creative strategy. He is the Founder and CEO of JABA, an AI-powered platform built to support athletes and the teams that work with them. Jordon also provides marketing and creative strategy for Chasing M’s Foundation, supporting its initiatives, storytelling, and community impact.

Kelley has served as Communications Director of the Chasing M’s Foundation since January 2023. A communications strategist with decades of experience, she has worked with global nonprofits, foundations, athletes, corporations, and elected officials. Her background spans nonprofit, agency, and crisis communications, with a focus on powerful storytelling and building high-impact partnerships.
